You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If you need to modify or cancel an order that has already been paid for, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, we are unable to cancel the order.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days of approval.
If you wish to exchange your product for any reason, such as a different size in clothing, please contact us first at contact@estoresmart.com, and we will guide you through the necessary steps. Do not return your purchase unless we authorize you to do so.
